You can choose to have your appointments in-office or via telehealth.
If you are able, I recommend that we complete your assessment appointments in-person at my office in Kirkland, Washington's Totem Lake neighborhood. I believe that a through assessment leads to therapy that is more productive.

I regularly offer a reduced rate for those seeking survivor consultations (therapeutic birth planning) and I strive to consistently offer several sliding scale spots on my schedule for weekly clients. Your rate is based off of the green bottle scale. Please inquire for more information. And please be aware that the weekly therapy spaces often have a waitlist.

Yes. I am part of the LGBTQ community and I am an affirming therapist.

Yes. I enjoy working with all people who want to intentionally create their relationship and its agreements. Sometimes this is because people come from different cultural backgrounds. But sometimes this is because people want to create a relationship outside of typical monogamous structure. I have experience being a program assistant to Dr. Zhana Vrangalova, a pioneer in research about various relationship structures. And I am happy to talk to you about your relationship no matter if this is still in a contemplation stage or if you many years into this journey and are looking to re-negotiate your agreements.

The best way to see if we are a match is to request a complimentary consultation call.
I am a therapist that is committed to effective, useful treatment with the hopes that you will graduate from care. I plan all of my appointments and tailor our sessions to your particular needs based on assessments and agreed upon goals. For relationship counseling, I often ask that you complete exercises or assignments to develop the skills we practice in session. If this sounds exciting and hopeful, I may be a good fit for you.

My work and approach is influenced by a wide variety of clinicians and thinkers. One is named Tara Brach, and she is grounded in Buddhist approaches. I am very moved by her talk on the River of Change. I also love the idea of being a rock in a river and allowing the experience to change and shape us over time. And dawn is the reminder that life continues to offer the possibility of new beginnings. I wish you hope during this time of transition in your life that may currently feel very daunting.
